Why choose MDR for automatic doors in Manchester?
As an independent company, we work in partnership with well-trusted manufacturers and suppliers. That leaves us free to choose the hands-free door operating system that best suits your entrance, rather than one brand for every job.
We help you upgrade existing push-and-pull doors into a safer, more convenient way to welcome customers and visitors. Our automatic door installation, servicing and 24/7 repairs keep entrances running smoothly in shops, health centres, schools, offices and residential buildings.
Our fully trained, industry-qualified teams make installation hassle-free, and our maintenance plans keep your automatic doors Manchester-ready all year round.

Automatic doors Manchester: frequently asked questions
Do you offer 24/7 automatic door repairs in Manchester?
Yes. MDR Automatic Doors provides an around-the-clock, on-call repair service across Greater Manchester. When the part needed is in stock, a technician responds immediately to arrange a speedy on-site repair.
What types of automatic doors do you install?
We install automatic sliding doors and single and double swing door operators, with laminated or toughened single glazing or double glazing. We also fit roller shutters, steel security doors and steel fire exit doors.
Can you replace my manual doors with automatic doors?
Yes. In many cases we can remove your existing manual doors and replace them with automatic doors on the same day, with little disruption to access. We can also fit overnight so your premises stay open.
How often should automatic doors be serviced?
We recommend every installation is supported by a 12-month minimum maintenance contract. Annual servicing is the minimum, and doors with very heavy use, such as supermarket entrances, are best serviced every six months.
